This week’s lunar eclipse provides an auspicious opportunity to connect with the universe and manifest change in your life.
Release.
The light begins to darken as the shadow of our Earth obscures the Sun. At that time, assess what you can release and let go of. Take stock of what is no longer welcome or needed in your life. Can you lighten your emotional load, your physical belongings, your mental chatter? Release all of that as the light wanes and goes completely dark. Use the eclipse as an ally in your journey. You may smudge yourself and your space with herbs to cleanse. You may wish to write down what you’re releasing and burn it to ash. You may wish to yell it to the universe to get it to shake loose. Rinse your hands in cool water if something is sticky and doesn’t want to release. Let the water take it away. It’s just energy that no longer serves you. The universe will convert that energy to something useful.
Tourmaline, a protective and grounding crystal, is particularly potent during a lunar eclipse. By holding or wearing tourmaline, you can shield yourself from negative influences and enhance your spiritual growth. Realize.

Spend time listening for that which may have been hidden and for projects which may come to the light.
Extend a prayer of gratitude and leave an offering to symbolize your appreciation.
